I wish â0 starâ was an option. I normally donât like to complain about food or post a bad review for restaurants coz I know how hard people work in food industry. But this place alone in orange has such a bad reputation still people give them number of chances. I wonât write anything abt food here but the customer service. Omg whats wrong with the staff. They are rude, impolite and they would yell at you. How on the earth are they even hired. Or are they specially trained this way to be extremely rude? The lady in drive through yelled 4 times at us today. We were still very patient and nice to her but to our surprise she was yelling even more nd not letting me finish my sentence. On top of it, while we were waiting for our food in waiting bay(long wait), I went out in the restaurant to order a coke(which I couldnât order in drive through due to that ladyâs terror). Okay so I went in, stood there for idk 5 mins unattended. I could see 4 staff members all of them completely ignored me. I still stood there assuming there were busy (which they werenât at all). I kept smiling at all of them whenever they made weird eye contact with me, still no response. I mean I could understand if you were busy, couldnât you simply say wonât be long or anything instead of completely ignoring. I left the place after waiting there for 7-10 mins. Nd they wouldnât care. Its the worst place in orange no wonder why the place is always empty. The staff needs to be polite no body gives a damn to their bloody rude attitude. People pay to get food nd service not to be yelled at....

I made my order at the counter and stood back to wait as per usual. 5 minutes later, my server came back to inform me that they ran out of one of the ingredients (Chorizo) on one of the burgers I ordered, and asked if I wanted to order another burger instead. That was annoying, but fair enough, so I chose an alternative burger. My server failed to notice that the new burger I requested was significantly less expensive than my original order, so I had to flag them down a few minutes later and ask for change. When my meal came, there were two further errors which I didn't notice until I'd driven a block away. An entire packet of nuggets was missing from the bag and I was given chips instead of the onion rings I ordered. Not the first time we've experienced such mishandling across a number of stores in nsw. I mean, the burgers ARE better at Hungry Jack's, but the training and attention to detail of staff is significantly worse. Can't ever trust that what you ordered is actually in the bag they give you. When I finally got home, I found that the second burger I ordered (as an alternative to what I first ordered which they didn't have ingredients for) was also made incorrectly... missing fried onions, which was the whole point of the burger.
