Pizza Hut all you can eat at Orange NSW. Its a Hut alright. Takes you straight back to the late 80s with the decor! Walked in paid $108 for 3 of us to eat. Whole place was supposed to be all you can it. But was inedible. From the filthy plates that staff just scratched the baked on meal from last the sitting when the dirty plates was pointed out too them... To the stone cold offerings. Because the 1980s heat bays haven't been serviced since they were installed! And dont forget the refrigerate bench with Luke warm chocolate mousse shuved in it, that was TURNED OFF!. Funny thing about light up buttons... if you flick them on, they light up to say they are on!. The place is in dire need of a health inspection! Then there was the Garlic bread that for some ungod known reason was plastered with that much salt, it was like they were sandbagging for the next flood! ... it doesn't even flood in Orange! And the pasta... That depressing offering. Some powder cheese sauce slapped around with some warm water dumped in a bain! 🤢 . Photos of restaurant attached including filthy floors covered in food and the Sloppy gross pasta offering that looked like off custard. There was 7 people in the place... we were 3 of the 7! That should have been warning enough.

The sense of excitement at visiting one of Australia's last all you can eat Pizza Huts is palpable as soon as you enter through the automatic sliding doors. This is the real deal. All you can eat Pizza! The selection is fairly good, falling heavily on the BBQ meat lovers. The pizzas were well cooked and the cheese appropriately melted. The salad bar was resplendent with a wide variety of the freshest vegetables from across the state. The coleslaw was KFC's finest and the potato salad was equally typical. There wasn't a wilted lettuce leaf in sight. The desert bar had all the usual favorites, soft serve, chocolate mousse and jelly. Unfortunately, if there was one chink in the armor of this culinary wonderland this is where it was found. The soft serve was more soft than served and the mousse was empty and too slow to be refreshed leaving a table full of mousse wanting patrons. It is for this reason I had to deduct a star from my review score.

Pizza was cold, hardly any left aswell Cutlery and plates were dirty and not cleaned Walls with paint ripped off, Booth seats almost collapse Food on the floor that looks like it has been there for a month of Sunday's I don't think this place has had any maintenance since the Pizza Hut Hayday of the 1990s I would only suggest this place if you really want to relive the 90s again.

Me and my partner walked and payed for our meals and was given a dirty glass with lipstick stains on it. We should of turned around then but we requested another it was cleaned and moved on to find a table. As we are looking for a table I could see many areas of the carpet where food was walked Into the carpet that bad you could tell whether it was from tonight or other nights then I moved on because I was hungry sitting there talking to my partner trying to decide to ask for our money back but we were hungry and really wanted to eat so we ignored that and moved on to eat. First and second plate on the stack had dirty marks on it like it had been through a dish washer but not wiped down properly before so and I know I was once a dishy. So got to my third plate it was clean so went to get food they say it was all you can eat but there was no pasta most of the time we were there hardly any pizza at times and we had to go to the counter and ask if they were going to attend and refill the buffet. If I had not been travelling all day and was tied and hungry and just wanted to eat I would of walked out the little food we got to eat was ok but compared to the way it was 10 years ago I would have to say it's gone that far down hill i would rather eat jail food. I could see the workers working hard and they were nice feel sorry for them. Manager or owner needs to step up and run there business or sell to some one that cares because from what I...

1-Star Review for Pizza Hut:

If I could give zero stars, I would. Walked into Pizza Hut and was greeted by the lovely aroma of… disappointment. The floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop since the last decade, and the table we sat at? Well, it came with extra crumbs and an unexpected side of sticky residue.

The service was stellar—if stellar means serving us cold pizza that was somehow both undercooked and dry at the same time.

The pizza was so cold, I thought they were trying to introduce a new "winter" menu. Honestly, the only thing that was hot was my frustration. Next time, I’ll just microwave a frozen pizza at home for the same experience.

The buffet had more empty trays than a yard sale, and what was left was as lukewarm as the staff's enthusiasm. The pizza was so limited, I felt like I was playing Pizza Hunger Games—a slice of pepperoni here, a sliver of cheese there. I was hoping for a selection, but instead, it was a sad game of “pick the least cold option.”

Then, just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, the staff kicked us out an hour before closing after only having been there for 15 minutes. Apparently, “closing time” means “let’s make you feel like you overstayed your welcome” in Pizza Hut language. The lady told us to “take whatever we like” but the only thing left to take was our regret.

In conclusion: Pizza Hut, where the food’s colder than the staff’s attitude, and the only thing...
