Terrible service plus I can make a better soup myself at home and I lack of cooking skills . They were expecting me to have the soup with a standard Tablespoon . I don’t really care if the spoon is a recycling one or not , but at least you should have a bit of common sense and offer a proper soup spoon for god sake !

The reasons given for not having a soup spoon was utterly ridiculous at a point that I felt I was talking to an unicelular being . 🦠 I will never ever come back to this place and if you continue treating your customers like that you will end up closed 🚪. One more thing, there was a young lady in the till who takes orders as well and who was disgustingly rude toward me as she turned around when I was talking to her . Anyway, at the end the only way to get a normal soup spoon to not spend an hour eating the soup with a standard tablespoon was getting a spoon from the Indian restaurant next door . This is a ashame...

Not fit for a dog. We had their Tempura Bento last night. The 2 prawns were nearly cooked OK.... That's it! The Tempura vegies had been previously boiled to death before being deep fried in stale cooking oil. A collapsing soggy oily mess once the outer batter was penetrated. The salad itself was old and the dressing tasted sufficiently awful to spoil the salad, had it been fresh. Of the 2 nori rolls included with the bento set, 1 had not yet properly thawed (an indication of their kitchen practices). We walked out in disgust as a complaint shouldn't be necessary. They can surely see that it is barely eadible during the cooking and serving. A $29.80 waste of money. No chance of a return visit to...

ordered a teriyaki salmon bento takeaway. For $13.90 it was a slightly disappointing small serving consisting of 3 small pieces of salmon, 2 sushi , soggy salad , rice and soup. The soysauce was thrown into the teriyaki sauce and no napkins were provided. Thanks for the sticky fingers. It looked like the whole thing was warmed in a microwave. The soggy lettuce was the giveaway. Woolworths has a sushi stall and I normally choose the independant shops over Woolies but I will be avoiding this...
