Pulled up to the drive thru and tried to order a tenders box 4 times before the fellow told us to drive to the first window as the rain was affecting his communication (fair enough). We then spoke to a young man for 4-5 minutes trying to order a good amount of tenders for my friend and I while sorting out sauces and the usual sides. He was clearly struggling with the order taking and so we were becoming more and more confused. When we finally settled on 5 tenders for my friend and 5 for myself we paid as per normal. I mentioned that the store looks extremely busy tonight and after tapping my card he says yeah it’s tenders night 9for 9.95. My friend and I couldn’t believe that we’d just spent 2.5 times that on essentially the same thing when he could’ve told us 5 minutes ago that there was literally a deal on for tenders (we had only been discussing tenders the entire time). At that point it was super busy and so while frustrated at the lack of common sense from the lad, we went home. To my disappointment, I didn’t even get 5 tenders, I got 4… Furthermore, we got about 6 sauces when we’d cancelled the extras. 6 sauces is a good thing but as we were never given any sort of receipt or order number by the fella I don’t even know if I’ve been charged for them. Read moreI regularly place pickup or delivery orders from this KFC location. I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I simply couldn’t let it slide.
Last time, part of my order was missing, and the chicken I received looked more like a few pieces of fried batter than actual chicken. I considered calling, but I felt a phone call would only make me more upset, so I decided to let it go, thinking it was just a staff mistake.
For my next order, I even left a note for the delivery driver asking them to please double-check the order.
I usually place my order around 8:30 to 9:00 PM, and my partner picks it up on his way home from work.
But just now, when he went to pick it up, he was told the store had run out of stock. If an item is out of stock, shouldn’t the ordering system prevent customers from placing that order?
Since we hadn’t prepared anything else for dinner, I just said, “Please give us whatever you can,” and took what was available.
Looking back, I now doubt whether the previous missing items were really a mistake, and that makes this situation even more upsetting.

Read moreThursday 11th 2018 8:30pm, we went into KFC for dinner, I can’t believe how fake the service girl was. She was rude and rolled her eyes as if she didn’t want to be there. She forgot our order twice, and also, forgot my mother’s order.i couldn’t believe nothing was available. The lack of choices they had, it was unbelievable.You couldn’t order a meal deal unless you had to swap/add something else to it because it wasn’t available.when they do decide to give our order,we end up missing so much stuff!.. And as we were walking out the door she says to us after eating.. like literally half an hour later, “ oh.. I forgot to give your burgers.. haha sorry!” In such a sarcastic way!!. And then says “ do you want anything free for the mistakes?.. “free chips or”?.. by then, my family were upset and we left.. why does kfc have nothing available to buy other than scrappy looking chicken?we pay for fresh food!.. And to the girl who works there, she seriously needs training. I blame management for such a poor store.
