Update: no follow up, no afford to make things right so far. It’s been 3 months.

Our Saturday morning experience -Ordered 2 hot meals with 2 cup of coffee. -Coffee arrived as soon as we sat down. No spoons, asked staff and she gave us one spoon, we shared the spoon between us, no problem. -Hot meals arrived 20 mins later. Coffee is now Luke warm. -Took a bite of my Rosti, it’s stone cold. Not warm, just stone cold. Tried Bacon, also cold. My friend’s meal was warm, so she enjoyed hers while I took mine back. -Staff touched the food with bare hands to make sure it is indeed cold and took it back to the kitchen without saying anything. A minute late, slammed plate on the table and said “ it should be hot enough” and left. Took another bite, still cold. Cold plate, cold rosti, cold sauce. But bacon was hot. Turned out, they just microwaved my bacon and left rest of the meal as it is. -Took the meal back again, this time staff let out a huge grunt and took the meal from my hands. Not sure she was frustrated at the kitchen staff or me. Nevertheless, no apology from anyone. -At this point, I just told them not to fix my meal any more. Told them I don’t want it. My stomach churned when I realised staff touched my food in front of me and served me same meal again. -No meal, no apology and no refund. -Drank my coffee that was delivered 30 mins ago and got out of the cafe. -$27 wasted and a spoilt Saturday morning. Very Disappointed with whole experience. I can see that many others have had the same experience here and they’re reviews were answered that these issues would be addressed but obviously still haven’t. One hot meal came out 20 minutes after the first hot meal. So first meal was cold by then. As it is polite to wait. This is why all meals should come out simultaneously. Asked for double shot Iced coffee and it was still very milky when it come out. It was brought out without a straw or spoon. I asked the young guy who took the order/made the coffee/brought it out to put another shot in there and he argued with me that he did (quite loudly) as other patrons were looking. He irritably too back the glass. And asking for poached eggs well done means that I don’t want them runny which they were. All comes down to the person taking the orders and seemingly doing everything. Also, Please don’t carry cups with your fingers around the rim. Please present them on a saucer and use the handle. Told the manager on the way out and all he said was “Thanks for your feedback”. Another nice franchise going...

Ok, I rarely write any review but I had to for this one, it was disappointing. I ordered a steak sandwich, which advertised scotch fillet etc etc The meat that came out was frozen, sliced beef pieces you would typically find at chinese hot pot places. I know for certain because I both use it at home and have lots of experience eating it so the taste was instantly recognised. At least use a cheaper steak like porterhouse or even rump because the frozen meat had no taste and honestly off putting. On top of that, the price was almost $25..for low quality frozen meat. At least be honest about the menu. The chips that came with it were pretty good but that was it. Sauce was definitely bottled and not homemade. Did not finish. Service was about 7 min wait and...
