Sadly lost their way. What used to be great is now expensive sub par food. Ordered 2 pies, took a bite and realised the person had given me the wrong pie. Went back and was told the one I wanted wasn't available, so appears a selection was made on my behalf for what I may like instead. Ended up with a chicken and Veg pie which was very heavy on a thick pastry and mostly filled with a salty goo. Got 1/3 way through before I encounter a small piece of dry chicken. The pue was so salty i had to throw it out. And at $8.50, I certainly won't be back. Sad to see such a good bakery go downhill, but looking at recent reviews, I am not the only one who...

Can’t say this was any good unfortunately - we went on two occasions and both were disappointing. The first time we were hoping for a fresh salad roll, but instead my sister got served a chicken schnitzel burger with mouldy lettuce embedded throughout it…that ended up in the rubbish bin out the front 3 bites in. The second time we were hoping for a better experience, but were instead greeted with a sour attitude from one of the female staff. We asked if the Apple Scroll contained nuts, and she rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t be sure and ‘didn’t want to be responsible’ if there was. Disappointing on both occasions, avoid...

Food is decent enough but the service is very lacking. I bought a sandwich which was totally missing a key ingredient (capers). So I took it back and asked if they could just pop some in, only for the older woman working there to argue with me that the capers were there. When I opened the sandwich in front of her and politely pointed out that they definitely weren’t, she looked annoyed, shrugged and said nothing could be done. I guess the simple task of chucking a few capers in the sandwich went beyond her abilities. Cheer up, grumpy lady, it won’t do...
