Mediterranean Cuisine — Restaurant in Port Augusta

Stopped in to have Seafood on our travels after driving around Augusta for a while looking. Was blown away by the service, friendliness of staff and the mouthwatering food; we both had a Seafood Basket. When it was time for tea, we decided just to go & see if they open & yes they were! Same staff, same great service (especially the Chef!! You know who you are!) & once again spectacular food. This time it was a Lamb Yiros. It was the best tasting Yiros I’ve ever had. Thank you for making our stay that much more memorable. One day we’ll have to have another meal. It is only eight hours...

We ordered once and will never order again. Didn't have what I ordered from their menu, when I asked what else I could change it for instead? the response I got was a rude staff member yelling out in a gruff voice "why can't he have peri peri instead" pretty simple really..,I didn't want peri peri did I When you are charging customers $73 for some BBQ skewers and salad you should have enough decency to treat them politely while you rob them. After all it's a cafe not 5...

Absolutely phenomenal food, my friends and I had the American, and Mexican style hotdogs, and the presentation was spectacular.

The atmosphere is very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly. Has to be one of the best places to get lunch in Port Augusta, would definitely recommend giving it a shot. Tastes better than home!
