Domino's Pizza Port Lincoln — Restaurant in Port Lincoln

Very disappointed and angry, I ordered my pizzas and 2 sides, they said it would be 20mins delivered (we are 4mins drive away in caravan park and can’t move the car currently) I paid over the phone, the pizza hadn’t arrived yet by 30mins so I called them back, they said it was on the way so I waited another 30mins and called them back AGAIN! they then told me that the pizzas and sides i ordered are NOT in there system however my transaction was in there system, they said they would make the pizza and send it out ASAP, keep in mind I was calm the whole time all I wanted was the food I ordered, I then got told it’s busy now so it won’t be there for ANOTHER 30mins! I said ok that’s fine just as long as I can get the pizzas and sides that I ordered, it then finally arrives and to my surprise! There is f all cheese on the pizza and f all cheese on the cheesy garlic bread! And after waiting 1 1/2 hours! For food they didn’t even offer a refund for the wait or even an extra side or nothing! Instead they put less cheese and make me wait longer AGAIN! Super rude and would not recommend this domino’s and the food itself was not the best either, I even had to add my own cheese on the cheesy...

Walked in and ordered a pizza, after arriving home realised i had been given the wrong pizza. Phoned the store and was advised to come back and they would supply the right pizza, after some turse discussion with the manager, a pizza was re made and delivered within under half an hour. Initially i was assured this could not happen. On opening the now second pizza the cardboard box was covered in grease. The take away from this experience .... no care or consideration is shown by the management at this store. Just as well im only a visitor...
