Atherton McDonald's — Restaurant in Queensland

There is a serious culture of bullying from staff to customers at this store. I have had staff IN FRONT OF MANAGEMENT throw my food around, another manager and staff member then had an in store friend run threw the drive thru and jump on my car whilst going into the drive thru to get the back the money they had taken via the mobile app from my bank account after refusing to serve a coffee which I then cancelled my order, they actually called Police because I refused to move off the driveway until I was refunded my money, when they stole money from me and then encouraged another to tempt to damage my car.

They have offered multiple free meals for their ‘mistakes’ and never honour their promise or change their behaviour. They don’t have everything the other stores do, the staff seem to be encouraged to bully customers, particularly if they make a complaint about disgusting food and poor service. I took a video of tonight’s behaviour, it was that bad, and the bullying was as encourage by the manager of the store. The store is not the cleanest either, hence why I never go in store, the staff are immature and seem ti be encouraged to behave unprofessionally and the immaturity seems to be present in Management also. I would hate to see what they are doing to visiting tourists who are just passing through if that’s how they treat their locals community members. And obviously the parents of the staff are not much better an influence than the Management team...

No menu anymore, surely enough money generated to provide a menu, shame on you Maccas! its the only restaurant I know of that refuses to give you a menu, the last time I looked there was a slide menu which was very frustrating, you compare burgers, meals , kilojoules and prices and before you know what you were deciding on is gone. This one didnt even have that. If you want to lose a percentage of customersFor the older customers this is confusing. But wait you can go to a screen and order there, just another nail in MacDonald's coffin as far as I'm concerned, I refuse to use there screen. . Fine if you a teenager or young person or greww up with tablets and touch screens, I am so cross they can't print a menu up so you can compare the information you need without seeming stupid or feeling rushed by taking up somebody's time All that aside, ot of the 5 tables I had to choose from none were clean, I tried to order at the McCafe but they dont take orders, I stood at the cafe counter which was filthy, my Cuppachino came in paper cup, the counter was still as filthy when I left. There was no paper in the toilet, which was very embarrassing. Avoid this store. I will go to hungry jacks in future MacDonalds has finally seen me for the ladt time. Thanks for nothing...

Atrocious and getting worse by the day!! Rude staff, dirty store, very rare to get what's ordered and hot and fresh. Need to avoid this store like the plague! And I think the Mareeba store is owned by the same people which is almost just as bad. We need a Hungry Jacks around here! Haven't been in McDonald's for a long time because all the stores are getting so bad but decided to try again so we could support Ronald McDonald House Charity on McHappy Day just gone and well, I'm sure you can guess what awaited us yet again. Got takeaway and this is the end result...see photo for yourself. Will just donate money directly to the charity next time, at least they'll get more. I advise anyone who does decide to buy food from here to double check your orders and state the food is in before actually leaving this store (if taking away!) At least you can complain to the very rude supervisor on duty (if it will do anything) or if you can even manage to get a staff members attention. I stood at the counter once before because they forgot my apple pie for 10 mins being completely ignored until I had to finally call out to get...
