Avenue Cafe - Bar — Restaurant in Queensland

Dropped in here during a work trip and ordered a cheeseburger. Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Fresh as, and so scrumptious, it seemed to melt in my mouth. Best $18 I've ever spent my boss's money on.

I was served really quickly and was told to eat all my greens by a waitress covered head to toe in tattoos. I ate all my greens.

Including outdoor seating, there are plenty of tables available when it's not raining.

This would be a great place to have a heart attack as it seems to be popular with the local ambos, four of whom crowded in during my brief visit.

Will definitely come again whenever I'm in the area and bitten by the urge to eat...

I've been getting great takaway coffee from the Avenue for awhile. Staff are always friendly & I'd buy small food items here & there. FINALLY someone has listened to my request of well cooked, quickly buttered, thick raisin toast 🙌🙌🙌 So now I'll take the time and sit in one morning for the scrumptious looking meals that I saw being served....

Found this little place by accident and my friend and i ha ve made it our friday regular coffee spot...have the hottest of hot chocolates that really do the job on a chiily day....food is lovely also....prefer the door shut a bit on these brisk winter mornings but all in all 10 out...
