Tonight my family and I went to get ice creams at 7pm from this establishment and I have a few things to say.

Firstly, we were served by Ava who was lovely and professional despite it being a very busy time during the night and having her two other coworkers not making her job any easier tonight.

Secondly, those two coworkers I mentioned? They were making Tiktok videos, blasting music and YELLING at each other and Ava while she was doing her job. This is disgusting behaviour by people who look to be school age with the responsibility of having a job. Those two need an adult present if they feel the need to act like children, we feel sorry for poor Ava to have to work with these people who clearly are of no help yo her or the business.

The offending people know who they are and I hope whoever is in charge of this business, reviews who exactly is ‘carrying’ the workload while...

I’m only giving high stars because the ice cream is good. Since moving to the new location service has been horrendous at best. And I believe this is fault of management not staff. On a number of occasions I have walked out or have seen others walk out as there is just not enough staff. 1 person on peak times like weekends is ridiculous. At one point this afternoon 15-20 people were in the store with 1 person serving / working, a lady doing the right thing abiding by covid restrictions left when a group ignored the signs and pushed in front of her. Stock levels are also worth a mention. On many occasions numerous flavours are out of stock. And my other gripe is having to wait while staff prepare Uber orders. Picture 1 is what I gave to the cake shop, and picture 2 is the cake I received. I’m very disappointed because they told me the design was simple and that they could make it according to the picture. But what I received was completely different. If they couldn’t do it, they should have told me from the beginning so I could order from another shop, since I placed my order a week in advance.
