Would not recommend. The waiter didnt acknowledge anyone in store and wouldnt show eye contact. She didnt know how to prioritise meals. Other people who ordered before us didnt get meals until way after. The uber drivers where sitting there for 35 minutes waiting on meals and kept being told its cooking its cooking. There were only 2 tables occupied in store. The kitchen staff where wearing thongs while cooking. Took us 45 minutes to get noodles and rice plus soup which was staggered so the main meal of stir fry was cold before we got any entrees or other dishes. Everything was absolutely covered in coriander so it masked the taste of it all. We witnessed several people walk out cause they where sick of waiting. Ok it’s Mother’s Day and yes I know it’s going to be busy but when you order via phone and had to repeat my order 3 times I was told the order would be ready in 30mins but probably 40mins. I arrived at the shop 35mins after I phoned and the shop is bedlam with people everywhere but it is to be expected, and finally get service and paid for the takeaway and was told it would be ready in 5mins what a joke 80mins after I phoned I finally get my meals. Picked up a $80 takeaway order just for them to forget the most important part, all the coconut rice. Talk about having one job. Called up to get a refund or see how they can help but they asked me to come back to pick it up which isn’t handy if you live 30 minutes away. They then told me they would call me back for my refund that night, which I’m still waiting for the next day. I understand that this place is busy but double check you orders before giving them back! It’s not that hard. Make sure you follow through with calling your customers back if you say so, And for $80 the actually food was quite the let down,...
