Burger Urge (Toowoomba) — Restaurant in Queensland

Burger Urge is probably the best burger establishment in Toowoomba. Really yummy & good quality. It’s hard to find a burger that’s similar to their level of quality. I have been a fan of BU for about 4 years or so. I get the El Diablo burger every time, as it’s my favourite. Unfortunately Burger Urge you have missed out on two stars on this occasion for a couple of reasons. The last time I dined here was probably over a month ago, and I’m a bit sad to say that I have been visiting your burger chain less frequently now. The quality in said burgers has always been consistent, so I don’t have an issue in that department. However I’ve noticed over the last year, it seems you’ve sneakily made some adjustments to your prices. I was dissatisfied to find out that you have removed the meal deals, where you can buy a burger, in a combo along with chips and drink for a slightly discounted price. You also have an app for Bite Club which I check every now and again, but it seems you virtually never have any new deals or discounts to entice your customers like you used to. I feel that your marketing department needs to heavily improve on finding methods to encourage people to come eat at your fast food chain instead of the competition (eg. Hungry Jacks, Pattysmiths.) This is just constructive criticism that really needs to be said, and I believe there are people out there who agree with me. Burger urge is an excellent spot to grab a quick bite to eat or to even sit down and have dinner. I have been to this location multiple times before (so that says something) but am only really deciding to write a review now as they have added a slew of new burgers and sides.

I grabbed a Cali Stax double with a side of "Dirty Fries" and was not disappointed, it came out very fast and did not lack on flavor at all. The cheese was well melted and the patties were well seasoned/cooked, the fires were buried in golden cheese with actual bacon not just bacon pieces so you can tell it was all very fresh. My partner got one of the pulled pork burgers with onion rings and fries on the side. She is still a little hurt about the removal of the No. 45 burger that they used to have but she loved the new one none the less.

Definitely worth a visit if you haven't already, or if you have been, give it a revisit to try the new burgers. It can sometimes be a bit hard to get a park but usually...

This place absolutely deserves a solid 5-star rating. In fact, it could be aptly called "Burger Happiness" because it offers a delightful ambiance, perfect for enjoyable family gatherings over lunch or dinner.
