Staff were overwhelmed by customers and unable to cope. 30mins after ordering we requested a refund and left and there were still 4 orders in front of us. While waiting customers at 1 table were approached at least 4 times to confirm their order and ended asking for their food to be placed in a takeaway container as they couldn't wait any longer. Another customer was asked to return to the register to pay for part of their order they hadn't been charged for. Drinks and food were delivered to the wrong tables several times. Priority appeared to be the menulog orders for collection and in-store customers were definitely not a priority. Have been here before and even though the food wasn't up to it's previous standard on our last visit we thought we'd give it another chance however we won't be back...

Unfortunately, there was very little pork in the roll — the meat was hard and cold, with no crackling or quality pieces. There was also barely any sauce, and the butter wasn’t spread properly on the bread. On top of that, the bread itself was stale on the inside.

Just so poor compared to other establishments when the container is so full they squash the lid on.... If I wasn't 35km away I'd take it back and request a refund!
