Burrito Bar Townsville — Restaurant in Queensland

Ordered through Door Dash and originally said 30 mins - we got our meal an hour later. Ok, that’s on Door Dash, not Burrito Bar’s fault. But my son’s chicken nuggets and chips were appalling - I’ve seen better meals served with more food and better quality from a petrol station. There were hardly any chips, the nuggets were overcooked, and they were thrown into a plastic container like they were leftovers from another table - quite frankly wouldn’t be surprised if they were - the photo shows the food as it was delivered to us and not touched - that’s meant to be $10 worth of food. Really wasn’t impressed considering the serving size and quality we experienced in the Brisbane stores. My son refused to eat it and I had to cook him something else. While my nachos were ok, I’m not sure...

My food tasted good but my partner asked for no sour cream. The food was put up to serve and we overheard the server reminding the cooks we wanted no sour cream on a dish. They told her to serve it anyway. We felt bad for the serving girl so we didn't want to ask her to take it back, we ate and he didn't finish the food. We won't likely be going back again simply due to the way they spoke to the server. I've had a few delivery orders from burrito bar in the past, most of which have been wrong that I haven't worried about reporting and I'm now wondering if they were wrong simply because they couldn't be bothered...

Upgrade to a Large on the Buritto deal at lunchtime is awfully confusing. Apparently, you can either upgrade to a Large drink or a Large Buritto. Being a hot day, I was walking in and upgraded to a large expecting to be getting a large drink (600ml) too my surprise I was advised I had gotten the large burrito. The counter clerk also didn't advise that it didn't come wiht a different drink or say what my order was coming with so I had no option to confirm before making the order. Looked on the sign as I walked out and it mentions there's two different options. Terribly...
