Noodle Box Townsville Kirwan — Restaurant in Queensland

They were pretty busy as you would expect for a Friday night, as I entered the shop I notice several very large flies flying around in plain sight of everyone which was a little off putting. Despite this I ordered a combination noodle and a nasi goreng . The combination noodles dish was half cooked, it was evident they had rushed the cooking due to the number of orders as I received my order a little too quickly. Imagine eating half cooked spaghetti it completely ruined the dish since it was the main ingredient. The dish was also very bland it had hardly any taste, I was not impressed at all with my noodles considering they cost $15. The nasi goreng was just as bad the rice was sticky / gluggy not what I would call value for money $30 I had to throw both dishes out as you could not eat them. I got hooked on noodle box due to the great taste and quick service from the other Currajong store, but everytime I order from the Kirwan store it is way below average. I never get extra veg when I pay for it. The flavour never seems to be the same from order to order, and the service.... It couldn't be any slower. I even ordered online well in advance for a timed pick up and the bloke that walked in behind me ordered and got his before me. I've never tasted worst noodles than now. Too many strikes and now you're out. I will drive the extra few minutes to Currajong and get my tasty order super fast and enjoy my meal. Not wasting my time and money anymore. Usually eat at Noodle Box at The Lakes but stopped in at Kirwan on way home. Placed exact same order and discovered when I got home it was nothing like our previous orders. No sauce for spring rolls, rice in Nasi Goreng was crunchy and not cooked properly and noodles in Black Bean not cooked enough. The meal was binned because we couldn't be stuffed driving back to the store as (let's face it) we got takeaway so we didn't have to go out and faff around. All around disappointing and expensive experience. Don't recommend.

And also, I shouldn't need to ask a food takeaway place to cook it right the second time, it should be done right...
