Cafe 33 Cairns — Restaurant in Queensland

Saw a waitress (the one with curly hair and accent) yell at a poor elderly lady sitting with her husband, all just because apparently the waitress was busy and it was "dangerous" for the elderly to try and stop her while serving someone else! All the poor old lady wanted was ask a question! Such disgusting attitude and I honestly couldn't believe it! Not to mention, the kids pancake we ordered tasted like the store pack ones (bland) and it had a very sweet berry sauce. To make it worse, they decorated it with fairy floss as a topping. Very unhealthy. Also, fresh juice had no ice. Have also noticed the customer service has always been very cold and the atmosphere is very unwelcoming, needs a...

This place has got worse. The breakfast has now got to the point of pathetic. Eggs Benedict was 2 poached eggs ( nearly hard boiled ), hollandaise ( possible out of a jar ), an overcooked potato rostie, and some spinach. What happened to nice piece of toast. The staff ( male Asian ) not very pleasant very abrupt. A gentleman who I think was the owner / manager looked as if he just got up. This cafe in the past was very busy lucky to get a table. ordered a ham salad sandwich with egg and some smart arse fried a egg on put it on, had very little salad.
