When there is ample PARKING, the drive-through line is not clogged or clogging access to parking, or people don't double-park sideways, then it's much more pleasant.
When the SCENTS leading to the restaurant is of the food you might consume there rather than of putrid sewage, it's far more pleasant.
When there is a MENU to view and choose from, without having to try to catch it on an ever changing screen with ads, that is far more efficient and pleasant.
When the ATMOSPHERE / music is not so loud or frantic, then communication between yourself and the server is far clearer and there is less repetition and more accuracy in understanding.
When the entire ORDER is received in full and a couple of dishes are not forgotten, this is not only great, but expected. It is noted and appreciated that apologies were expressed in this case.
When you take your FOOD home, sit down to finally eat and your order is exactly as you ordered it, the correct dish and with any inclusions or exclusions agreed on and paid for, this is not only pleasant, but expected.
Wastage of any kind is something to be avoided, which is why I try to eat what I can of the meal, but I can't recall a time previous to this when I could not consume most of the meal.
When the bare minimum is achieved or offered by an astablishment, the rating is more positive.

Read moreAh, the tale of my gastronomic evolution, one might say, is nothing short of epicurean enlightenment. Once, I was but a humble devotee to the ubiquitous Big Mac, savoring each bite as though it were the pinnacle of culinary design. The layers of processed beef, the cloying tang of special sauce—these were my companions on the well-trodden path of fast-food indulgence. But, alas, even the most steadfast passions may wane.
Enter, with all the grandeur of a conquering hero, the Guzman y Gomez beef burrito. At first, I was hesitant—could this bold, wrapped marvel of Mexican-inspired fare truly supplant the throne once held by my beloved Big Mac? But with each bite of tender beef, spiced to perfection, and the harmonious medley of rice, beans, and salsa, I found myself drifting further from the golden arches.
It was not a sudden betrayal, but rather a slow, inexorable shift. The Big Mac, once the emperor of my cravings, became a mere footnote in the annals of my appetite. For now, I stand, a proud aficionado of the beef burrito, reveling in the complexity and richness that only Guzman y Gomez can provide. A new...
Read moreLoyal customer here. Tasted Guzman across NSW, NT, and WA. This one was probably the worst experiences I have ever had. The person who took our order did not even ask if we wanted to dine in or take away, but they asked the next customers after us. She assumed we wanted to take away but we wanted to dine in. Since we did not want to make a fuss as we can just grab out food and eat at one of their tables later. All this service with no smile, no thank you. Secondly, the salsa station has no cilantro and no forks, so I waited in queue again to request those. The white guy gave me those with the most fed up look ever and did not even communicate, just passed on a fork with the greatest annoyance, as if I asked him to drop me the cilantro to my home and back at his own expense. Mates, if yous do not wish to work at customer service and serve customers with a happy face, then find another job. As someone who did retail for 6 years and management for 1, I would not hire you in the first place or keep you with that spirit.
Not going back to this one ever again and I advise people to do ubereats if they...
