Earlville Shopping Town — Local services in Earlville

Earlville shopping town is great. Close to home, and convenient undercover parking.

I use the Banking facilities, Coles/Woolworths and OPSM, to mention a few.

Every one is helpful wherever I go. Staff in Coles know their store, and can direct me easily enough if I cannot locate an item.

Likewise in Woolies, the staff are friendly and helpful and willing to assist if I cannot find a product.

Sometimes, there are different sizes of the same product, between the two supermarkets...so it is good to support both chains.

Some items just belong to that one store, so that is where one has to shop to get it.

Banking staff in the NAB are also very friendly and efficient at their work.

As with OPSM, the staff are always most obliging to re-adjust my glasses.

They do a very thorough eye test, and have a great range of Spectacles on offer. I have always gone to OPSM. Good quality service.

Lots of people shop at Earlville for the convenience of everything under one roof. It also has BigW, and Target stores.

Often, I use Coles/Woolworths at Mt Sheridan.It also has the Kmart store.

That centre is also within close proximity to my home, and has the same friendly staff, along with great service.

Just depends where I want to go, and what I need.

Stocklands has done good improvements so far but has a long way to go. The food court needs an uplift, it's very bare and there isn't much of a variety of places to eat. I would love to see a pop up cafe in front of target and opposite to the playground, this would be great for parents to relax and watch the kids play in a safe distance. The playground is great, however it lacks seating for the parents and there is no gate to keep the kids in. This is very important. A problem when you have multiple children to keep an eye on. The both parents room in the middle needs an upgrade - something with style would be great, the rooms to feed little ones feel like prison. The toilets in the middle need upgrading too - hope that's on the list because the new toilets in the food court look great. I appreciate the fact that there is free parking and a big playground, but would suggest installing bench seating all around the wall area within the playground. Would go there more often if there is more...

Overall the shopping centre itself isn’t very good but the shops inside are awesome except Cole’s and Woolworth, please check your trolly and see if the wheels are clean because hair and gunk sticks to it and doesn’t slide properly on the ground and if you are taking your trolly down the escalator it won’t stick to it as there is too many gunk in it which will cause a trip/fall hazards….. Kids playground needs a gate at the entrance to prevent kids running away. We all know kids are fast even tho we do keep an eye on them, just a quick turn they disappear. Also the back door isn’t a good idea as kids they are smart and can easily open it and run off or disappear. Adding a gate with a higher reach lock at both the entrance and exit is a good idea and please fix your escalator it’s always breaking down I’ve seen it’s being fixed so many times but it is still broken, don’t leave it unfix as the community do go shopping and paying you guys and helping you pay your bills, please...
