WeĀ came in and ordered 2 burritos around 5:15 pm at the front counter. The new trainee did boy such an amazing job and was super polite. However the girl with the hat took forever to cash the customers before us because she kept forgetting to give them all their items. Then when we finally got to pay she tried to charge us for 3 burritos! We had to tell her so many times what we ordered so she could put it through correctly.

Earlville store in Cairns has now messed up our drive-thru burrito order for the third time. This time, all three burritos were incorrect. Itās extremely frustratingāespecially when there are food allergies involved and the store clearly doesnāt take them seriously.
We spent $73, and it ended up being a complete waste. I called to raise the issue and was told to come into the store for a refund. When I did, they then claimed they couldnāt process a refund and instead offered just one standard burrito as compensation. Seriously?
