NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN IF YOU PAID ME As stated before on previous posts this meal is not worth $5 let alone $38 which is what we got charged for 1 person there was 2 of us equaling $76
There were empty trays as we arrived approximately 4 none of these were refilled at any stage during our meal at the restaurant (All you can eat, what ever you guys gotta fill the trays before we can eat the food off them,)
After asking for a Carlton Draught beer at the bar and getting served something out of a chiller Which tasted like absolute crap (Found out it was a Charlie's Draught) NOT WHAT I'D REQUESTED
The food itself what was there was Luke warm...
The all you can eat seafood Oysters where buried under the ice God only knows how long they'd been there for
The desert we had to be waited on to be served So much for serve your self all you can eat
After having a one of the worst meals I think I'd ever endured We approached the reception desk to make a complaint and ask for a refund, surprise suprise the reception said there is nobody here to take your complaint... If you'd like to leave your number I'll have somebody ring you in the morning WE WAITED 4 DAYS For somebody to contact us YET NOBODY DID
We proceeded to ring them on the 5TH day to make a complaint seeing as tho they didn't care about their customers Was informed nobody was around to complain to ring back tomorrow between 10AM and 12AM After being hang up on multiple times and finally talking to the assistant manager, we then still had to wait for them to ring us back Again got sick of waiting so we rang them back and got informed that they would refund $70 to us and we are sorry about the experience you've had... Give us your card details so we can transfer the refund so we gave them our card details they said they'd ring once they'd refunded the money Waited 30 minutes rang them back to find that they are now going back on their word of a refund and only offering 1 voucher to eat there again........
WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND WOULD WANT TO EAT THERE AGAIN ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING TREATED IN SUCH A DISGUSTING WAY AND HUNG UP ON 5 TIMES

Overpriced. Below average food. -Tried to overcharge other guests. -No music /atmosphere. -Fans on the deck were off (in summer). -Rushed out before closing.
I attended a 21st birthday there and the buffet was very limited in options for the price ( $35) . Other all you can eat buffets in Cairns for less with better variety. They tried to charge other guests $38 and gave no explanation why when we questioned them. No Music or atmosphere and they seated us outside where the fans were off until we requested they be tuned on, and in a Cairns summer it's very hot. While wrapping dinner up and giving the final birthday speeches the manager on duty came and asked if we would be much longer, it was approx 9:00pm. We wrapped things up quickly as we could see the manager hovering and trying to move us on, making his presence and displeasure very known. By the time we were done we couldn't leave through the restaurant because he had locked it all and turned all lights off, there was no staff in sight. We ended up leaving through a side gate. I was in my car to head home about 9:20pm the restaurant according to trip advisor doesn't close till 9:30pm. I found it unprofessional, uninviting and extremely rude. Considering we were the largest group of the night they would have made most of the nights earnings from us. Never recommending...

Non-existent table service. Uninterested wait staff who had to be prompted to clear tables. Frozen prawns of questionable edibility. Empty food trays in the buffet (in stark contrast) the American groups private function was extremely well catered for). Individual complaints from a number of dining parties fell on the deaf ears of your staff, in fact I got the distinct impression they just didn't care. Only when a group of about 6 individual dining parties approached management together was there any attempt to rectify the situation with you refunding each diner half their bill, quite a pathetic gesture considering just how piss poor the food, service and overall staff/management...
