Real Aussie pub experience. The food is good with ample helpings. The building is historic for the area, being 150 years old in 2024. Large outside area with plenty of shade. Pool table and online betting/ Keno also regular events and live music. The pub is dog friendly but be aware that the resident pub dog is definitely not other dog friendly, so check for his whereabouts before bringing your dog into the bar😉

Very friendly staff that the bright and bubbly barmaid. And owner name is Michael his in the back ground. They have. Realy good pizzas. And food is great as well . There is a beer garden. And you can take your kids and if you got a dog. To the beer garden.

We stopped here for lunch. Dog friendly pub. It was disappoint that bbq chicken pizza we ordered tastes like frozen super market pizza. My friend ordered supreme and it looked much better.

Great place for a cold beer, and the Texas T-bone Steak was the best in North Queensland. You could of cut the steak with a spoon, so tender & tasty. I managed to finish it, but only just.
