Congratulations Dawg Boys Hervey Bay!! I've just had THE best hot dog of my life. Seriously!! Situated in a busy spot by a main road in Pialba, this little place is a gem. A very neat and tidy gem with prompt and friendly service on a late Sunday morning. So I was half-anticipating a less-than-fresh bun with my All American Dawg - like you sometimes get at fast-food places on a Sunday.. But, nup! It was fresh, with a bit of crunch to it and nice and soft in the middle. The cheese kransky was absolutely delicious and hot - with just the right amount of heat. Perfectly cooked. And with the added cheese, sauerkraut, grilled onion, pickle, American mustard and ketchup it was like a dance of flavours and textures in my mouth. Are you getting hungry yet? You should be! Oh, AND it was also beautifully presented. (The opposite of what you sometimes see when you open a cardboard carton elesewhere.) It's airconditioned, and you can even have a beer with your dawg! I'm hooked, my family and I eat from here regularly. We haven't found a dish we haven't liked but wow oh wow the chicken snack pack with chips... absolutely my favorite food in the world right now.

The chips are beautifully seasoned and the fried chicken is accompanied with bacon and a selection of sauces including a cheese sauce and tangy mayo, awesome combo. If I could eat this every day I would.

The team are super friendly, they make you feel like a regular from day one, they are extremely polite and super accommodating of any special requests. Can't praise them enough. Very professional.

Not trying to gaslight any of the other reviewers but any teething issues these guys had have definitely been sorted out, I hope they give the team...

Bad attitude by the salesman. I ordered food and told him that I would be waiting in my car parked right in front of the shop. He just told “20 minutes” . Later after 20 minutes also no one informed whether the order is ready or not. Later this guy walks into his car parked next to my car, turns his car on and few minutes later calls me from inside his car and says “ your order is ready . Go and pick up from the shop”. Is this how you treat a customer? If you are not happy to bring the takeaway food to the carpark or inform when the order is ready, then tell at the first instance when the order is placed that I have to wait inside the shop. I had my child inside the car and can’t leave the child...
