We work in customer service. We hate being treated terribly. So when it comes to us going out we are so very very patient. 4 years we have lived here and not once has our order ever been correct. I fear for the poor young lady who we were asked that served us. It’s clearly not the young people. Who we never see twice. This tells me that your staff are not being trained properly. The management need to be replaced or retrained in how to best support and encourage their team. Not once have we ever been given anything more than what we paid for after having to spend more money and time on getting everything. The rest of our food is now cold waiting to get the original pieces. This isn’t good enough. You should be replacing the entire meal when the rest of our meal is AGAIN cold before we can eat it. How is your mistake costing us every single time we go there. The inconvenience itself is beyond a joke. I should not be having to learn to check my order before I leave. If your staff took pride in the store and their customer service you would see massive positive results. I am nearly certain these kids fear management and the treatment. Treat them right and they will shine. Give them the right positive working environment they deserve and the results will be unbelievable. You don’t have pride in your team. You don’t support them. You order and demand them. This shown when I have never ever had a positive experience coming out of this store. They smile and are a nice as possible. But they are constantly getting things wrong. I shouldn’t have to return back to the store to get what we ordered the first time around. If this was once I wouldn’t be so frustrated. It’s upsetting especially when we have hungry children and a set of tired twins who don’t want to get back in the car and fix these ongoing problems. If you offered more than just ops sorry. We will finish your order you just need to come get it…… then maybe my sympathies would be more prevalent than my irritation and anger. Please head office. You can’t not let Hervey Bay constantly be let down every time they come here. Management need some real quick reboot and taught to offer more than a sorry when their team screw up. Maybe then, when the consequences cost the store or the management, you may get them to be more team oriented and focused on creating a positive work environment for the young staff, which then might...

I always ask Staff if they wouldn't mind taking time for a visual check for the Sometimes very hard crust that surrounds the Shrunken chicken at times where there is an Air pocket between the meat & 11 secret herbs n Spices!! When I Now eat KFC I have to Purchase an Extra piece to make up & Replace what has happened to chicken pieces Also usually the visual by Staff fails resulting in not being able to Eat And Enjoy what is the Flavour part of KFC it's Famous for!!... Surely there is a way of Solution that caters for those that live with the misfortune of missing teeth Which would b Quite a decent number of customers to receive a 3 or 5 piece meal to enjoy Without forking out Extra pieces to consume Same amount of the Flavour that Only KFC Has ... I must add that this is Not & No Way a Complaint ... Read moreAbsolutely disgusting slow service, the stories Is filthy and the staff are unclean and untidy. Went in and ordered a large order of five meals, there were two orders ahead of me which were done quickly. There was two staff at the front counter, one was obviously fairly new and the other one was a senior member. The new member started putting our order together, but while doing this she was also serving at the counter leaving our order sitting on the bench going cold. The senior member beside her did an uber order and a quite a few small orders while ours was sitting there...maybe she should have been helping with ours. We had two tender boxes made up and left sitting there for at least ten minutes while serving at the counter before going back to our order. Our order was then started again then when 90% done left sitting there for ten minutes while serving again at counter. When given our order I had to ask for the drinks thst came with the meals. Over half an hour later I walked out with our order, this was twenty minutes after the tender boxes were made up and left sitting on the counter. Ohh and of course three of the meals were cold, when I rang to tell them this the response was send a photo. REALLY A PHOTO OF COLD FOOD🤷♀️ Never will I go...
