Nathan is an absolute ambassador for Domino's and customer service. This bloke is unflappable and a truely great customer focused worker. He works so hard and in challenging conditions.

My order got mixed up tonight and he absolutely went above and beyond to fix the problem. Gave me 2 replacement pizzas, in no time at all and with a genuine apology and sincerity. He even remembered my order.

I've seen him do this before for other people who had a problem. He was dealing with some truly horrendous people but he was calm, cool and totally genuinely apologetic. I'm sure his young staff are learning a lot from him.

Very disappointed in this Domino's the shop is not clean on entry there was rubbish on the floor window's unclean placed my order the lass who served me didn't understand what I was asking for as ofwe are not weekly customers I tried to explain and ended up with 2 Mini pizzas nothing else the cost was $18.00 While I was waiting a young fellow came in off his delivery motor bike went behind to the cooking area and proceeded to take out pizza's from the oven no washing of hands no apron still bike gear helmet off and long hair dangling over someone's dinner very...

The worst pizza ever. Wasn't cut properly (would post a photo but nowhere to do it) first cut probably cut one third of puzza instead of half. All the toppings slid off when you picked a piece up. The base was not cooked in the middle.... not fussed on raw dough. Really was the worst pizza we've ever had. No more dominoes for us.
