Have visited here a few times now & love supporting local small businesses. Have always loved their donuts & savoury pastries in the past. However their customer service skills are very disappointing. The lady owner herself was very rude & not very inviting on our very first visit.
The lady that served us yesterday was also unfriendly & the look on her face when we asked if the ham & cheese croissants could be warmed up - you’d think I’d asked her to cut off her right arm 🤦🏼♀️ We have always had them served to us warmed on previous visits so not sure why it was an issue yesterday. We did not enjoy them as we have done before. Even though they were reluctantly warmed up for us the inside was still cold & the cheese did not melt. We were really disappointed in the croissants as they are not made the same as when we’ve had them before.
However I will say the donuts were extremely delicious & our coffee was great. The young girl that made our coffee was very nice & had a smile on her face.
