"Holy cow, what a burger bar! If you're looking for a patty party that will tantalize your taste buds, then look no further than Evo Burger. This place is a real burger barista, whipping up five-star feasts that will make your taste buds do the cha-cha.

I was blown away by the range of options on the menu, each one more delicious than the next. They've got burgers that are cheesier than a dad joke, and toppings that are hotter than a jalapeno on a summer day. And let's not forget about the buns, soft and fluffy like a cloud you can actually sink your teeth into.

The atmosphere is buzzing with energy, and the staff are as friendly as they are efficient. I felt like a VIP, even though I was just chowing down on a burger. And the prices? Well, they won't break the bank, which is great because I need all my money for the inevitable food baby I'll be sporting after my meal.

In short, Evo Burger is the best burger bar on the east coast of Australia, hands down. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on a beef-tastic experience that's truly unforgettable. So don't hesitate, grab a friend (or two), and head on down to Evo. Your taste buds and your funny bone...

This will likely be my go to burger place in Cairns.

I haven't had any of their more extravagant burgers but the cheeseburger is simple and has just the right meat to topping ratio. Everything is done right though, fresh vegetables, right amount of juicy meat and a properly toasted bun.

They also avoid the problem that many other burger restaurants seem to not understand. Their buns are big enough and they don't try to build the burger too tall. Not only is that difficult to eat without making a mess, you also don't end up just eating meat and lettuce with no bun towards the end.

Not to mention the value for money. Burger, chips and a drink for $16.50 is hard to find these days. Also they kindly upgraded my can of soft drink to a iced latte for free.

The ambient music is good and the place has a nice clean look with an open kitchen. Smells great when you walk in.

If I had one criticism it would be the truffle dip was a little bland. But who am I to expect a $1 truffle dip...

I am a backpacker and lived in cairns for 8 months. I ate at this place fairly regularly and got to know the staff well over time. All of them are great and I always enjoyed my meals there. I have had a surgery that doesn't allow me to eat greasy foods, this typically includes hamburgers since not everyone knows how to keep them from basically dripping grease or using good enough meat so it won't. When a place looks nice and has enough good reviews that I think it would be a safe amount of grease to still be able to enjoy the burger I take the risk. Here it definately paid off becase man that evo burger is delightful. Plus it is one of two or three places I knew where to get my hands on a Dr Pepper, which is my favorite drink since I'm from Texas where it...
