We visited Viet Fresh Noodles as a family and had an amazing experience trying their authentic Vietnamese dishes. The Pho noodles were exceptional—homemade with a fresh and soft texture that clearly stood out compared to store-bought noodles. Its flat, chewy texture added a unique touch compared to the typical round vermicelli. I was super impressed with their homemade tofu. It’s featured in almost all their vegan dishes—light, fresh, and flavorful and you can definitely tell it was made with care. The homemade hoisin sauce was amazing; paired perfectly with the rice paper rolls that the lady was recommended for me, adding a rich and savoury depth to each bite. One of our favorite was the Chili Beef Noodles Soup (Bún Bò Huế), and while it used their homemade pho noodles instead of vermicelli, the traditional broth flavor was still spot-on and deeply satisfying. Also their chilli is VERY SPICY (for a low chilli tolerance like me at least) The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was a standout - exactly like the authentic coffee in Vietnam. Made with just coffee and condensed milk, filled generously with ice, and using one rich shot of coffee, it tasted perfect and even more generous than many coffee places you’d find in Vietnam. Overall, the dedication to fresh, homemade ingredients and traditional flavors made this dining experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Viet Fresh Noodles for anyone craving a true...

DONT COME HERE !!! Noodles don’t taste that fresh for fresh noodles, unlike the traditional pho thick silky noodles I’m use to Broth lacks flavour and is not hot temperature it is warm, would prefer hot temperature broth that’s how it traditionally is Only one tissue per person Serve me forks and don’t offer chopsticks have to ask - came back with the chopsticks with her hands wrapped around the bottom end where you eat , no tissues wrapped around it , very disgusting Customer service dull , could be because I’m dark skinned because the lady was extra friendly to the white people I ordered special beef (includes slice beef, brisket, meat balls and tendons) , they only gave me beef slices lol so I had to ask for the rest, they come back with room temperatured tendons, meatballs and brisket in a seperate small bowl - no apologies to me just a “oh” went back in the kitchen when I told the lady about it There was a white lady who came in ten minutes after we ordered , that lady was served with her food before us by 10 minutes , plus the lady at the counter was extra friendly with her and didn’t show the same customer friendliness to us and served our food 10 mins after her food was served

The worst service ever and tasteless food! The people there seem very unhappy doing their job! Only the little girl the cousin was smiling and bringing some joy to the place ...the guy taking order he was the rudest I met in my life ge should not be in the counter taking orders if he is unhappy being there!!! Very bad energy! So we ordered plenty of food and I ordered fried rice....and I got some plain tasteless veggies and white rice in a side ...when I said I ordered fried rice ..they said I need to pay 4 $ extra for one egg so they can make fried rice....and I already paid for 20$ fried rice ...I was so annoyed by the negative attitude that I did not want to change ....I waited till mines finished eating and as I couldn't eat my horrible food I wanted to take it away for the others if they wanted to eat it...the lady told me I need to go buy take away 50 cents from counter 😑😑😑😑 this people are so greedy !!! And they obviously don t know what customer service is ....we could not care about the tasteless food if the service was good but all was under 0!! Also we ordered vegetarian spring rolls and it was pork...
