Wow! Our new fav restaurant! The staff are warm and welcoming, with excellent customer service. We booked a table for 6, 3 adults and 3 children for a birthday dinner! The children's menu although limited options were perfect sized portions and tasty. The kids loved their meals, Meat Balls n Spaghetti and 2x Mini Cheeseburgers with chips. We also ordered spiders for their drinks. The adults all ordered fantastic mains. Battered Barra with chips and salad, Crisp Skin Salmon and Surf'nTurf with some cocktails and beers. We also ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza and Salt n Pepper Calamari! Well..... We are all so impressed with everything. A big thank you to the chef's for delivering delicious meals for us all. Fast service from the kitchen and excellent service from the wait/bar staff! Make sure you sign up as member, you absolutely get your value here! We will be back, just next time without the kids...

Meals exceeded my expectations to my surprise, fresh, well portioned and served in a respectable amount of time. The Waitresses were great unfortunately there was one male waiter who ruined our time there as he shouted out aloud which wasn’t appreciated. He was rude unwilling to listen and lacked any empathy. I felt embarrassed and rather angry of how he dealt with the situation. Due to this reason I will not be returning to this venue and nor will my family. I would also not recommend as a family friendly environment either...

The food was great – served quickly and in generous portions. However, the service lacked consistency. The German waitress was lovely with a great attitude, which we really appreciated. In contrast, the other tall waitress was rude and dismissive, which left a negative impression.

We understand that everyone can have a tough day, but personal frustrations shouldn’t affect the guest experience. I hope this feedback helps improve service quality...
