I went to subway to grab dinner with a friend. I ordered two footlong each one $8. When she asked which bread I asked for Italian and herbs but unfortunately the bread was burnt. I asked if I could get another one and the lady (I think the name in her tag was Crystal) got really upset about it. After that, her customer service just got worse and worse. She wasn’t polite at all. When I went to pay, another lady was assisting me, she was friendly and helpful, I tried to use my rewards club and she asked Crystal if it was possible, Crystal said no, not even trying to help. I don’t understand why subway has a poster saying “we support rewards club” when the staff don’t even try to support “rewards club”. My visit in Subway was very dissatisfying and it’s not the first time that the same staff member has the same attitude. They gave me 4 macadamia which I am allergic to. The drinks were meant to be coke zero but they gave me cokes. And when I rang up on Thursday after I had ordered from the drive thru, while in an uber so I couldn't just come back. They said management we I'll call me back on Friday.
