How this place is rated so high is beyond belief. I will say the staff member was welcoming and friendly but the pie and sausage roll were below servo standard. Sausage roll was dry and there was nothing flakey or fresh about it. These Cannot be made in house as they all the same in the window. For locals and new settlers of this town, this bakery has "the BEST Hallapino and Pepper PiEs. " We have been from Cairns to Brisbane and each bakeries we been claimed they are the best but THIS HOT BREAD FRED Bakery beats them all. Richer filling are perfectly blend and creamy so its super delicious. My husband loves buying pies from Bakery and not from the other competitors. Went to this bakery at 1 pm on Friday, April 26, and asked if they had any bread, rude woman screams from the rear of shop "all sold out!" I ask any rolls?
