We reside in Brisbane city and enjoyed absolutely delicious food here, wonderfully generous portions. Amazing coffee, iced coffee, icecream, sandwich and pancakes. The service was amazing and staff even happily provided our dogs with water when we asked. Wonderful place.

Great place for a healthy breakfast. Wendy is courteous and friendly. And they accept AMEX cards. Will be back.

On Monday 24th March 1pm, I took a day trip with my mum and we stopped off in Childers for some shopping and a bite to eat. Read through google reviews for gluten-free suggestions, as I'm coeliac. The service was pretty much non-existent, and staff were very unhappy to be there and unhelpful. There was no acknowledgement at all after waiting at the occupied counter for 5 minutes. We seated ourselves and waited at the table for another 10 minutes and eventually asked one of the 3 staff members who had walked by us multiple times without even eye contact, how do we order. We again went back to the counter to order, as instructed. Asked what gluten-free options were available as I had read the positive google reviews. They offered sandwiches and fries, but only frozen bread. Opted for a bacon and egg toasted sandwich as my questions around what type of sandwiches were available and received well what did you want. Re iterated I was coeliac and reactive to cross contamination, and was told we've had a busy day, so we will try and make a clean area. The food was very ordinary. Within 10 minutes of eating, it was evident I had been glutened. Spent the next 2 hours throwing up, bloating, and unwell for the next few days. If you have coeliac disease, I do not recommend this place. Disappointed the google reviews did not support the service or dietary...

My family ordered a lunch today at the Sugarbush coffee in Childers. It has nice street front presentation. The prices were quite good so we ordered a burger, 2 fish-and-chips, and ice coffee drinks. The burger was served first, and was nice and large, so were the ice coffees. We were expecting that the fish and chips would come with similar quality. After waiting for quite a while, the fish and chips were finally served. It was quite a thin slice of fish fillet and some under cooked chips. As we took the first bite, we immediately lost appetite. It was so dry and tasteless. I managed to finish most of it as I was really hungry, but my wife barely took further bites. It was one of the worst fish and chips I have ever had! Good prices, and the other dishes seemed decent. But if you dine in this shop, just forget about the...

Went for lunch at 1pm got in at 1.03pm as someone was coming out with hot food and someone recommended to try then

Got to the counter and the lady with black hair and tatoos looked rather grumpy and said to the counter staff they weren't serving anymore.

Hours say until 4pm so i found it was a rude experience.

Mu colleague just had lunch there and recommended them which is why it's a little disappointing.

If it happens to you I can highly recommend tbe Cafe across the road as a suitable option (kape centro) additionally the bakery next soor and the subway are all great replacement options! Never had a issue with service at any of those other suitable options for lunch.

Hope things change but based on this I...
