If I could, I would not rate Hungry Jack's at Wilsonton or their company in general after this bad experience.
I ordered quite a few things from them about 2 weeks ago. I went through the drive-through and my fault I did not check the meals before I left as the drive-through was fairly busy.
WHAT WE ORDERED No receipt given 2 x 1.50 chips $5 Shake & Win BBQ cheeseburger & Shake Lge Frozen Raspberry Seniors Chai Latte LG half strength mocca 1 cosmic storm.
WHAT WE GOT 1 large Raspberry frozen Med Shake 2 x tender snack wraps 1 Lge Iced Mocca 1 box of 3 Southern style tendersl 1 Chai Latte Cosmic Storm
I contacted them and let them know all of the above info and was told I had to speak to the restaurant manager the next day. I called the next day and was told the manager would be in at 4pm so I retried after 4 and spoke to a person who hung up on me. I rang back quite a few times and it went to a voice message saying the Inbox of the person you are calling is full and that I should call back later which I did a few times but same message.
I then decided to put a complaint in via Hungry Jack's customer service centre via their website and waited the 4 business days for a reply. Finally got a reply back stating they were sorry I have had a bad experience with my order but they did not mention any offer to give me a replacement meal (which the store manager usually does in these situations becausell Wilsonton HJ's is noted for order stuff ups as I have had plenty of meal replacements given because wrong things given in orders) seen as we did not get to eat much of it as it was not what we ordered. Neither my friend or I like what meal was put in the order that we did not u we only got the raspberry drink, cosmic storm, chocolate shake and chai latte. They did not even address the issue of my being overcharged for this stuffed up order. I sent them a reply basically telling them I was very disappointed in their reply to me and asked them to reply but I never got one so I phoned Fair Trading and they advised me to contact them via phone but I could not find a phone number for their complaints area but the lady from Fair Trading gave me a number to call which I did several times but the number goes to a voice mail saying they could not answer the call as they are busy and to leave my details and brief message and they would get back to me shortly. After several calls over the past few days I still have not heard back from them. The Customer Service for both Wilsonton Hungry Jack's, their Service Centre and complaints are absolutely appalling and as a frequent customer I am bitterly disappointed at the lack of no respone and concern from them regarding this matter that I will (unless contacted and an apology given and a resolution to this matter is forthcoming), never purchase anything through Hungry Jack's ever again. So very disheartened that these matters are given no regard or importance by this company that I have spent so much money as their so called; valued customer. SHAME ON YOU...

So I could be eating my food cheeseburgers while I'm waiting for the chicken burger and I'm not trying the side door window explain it to me. So I asked him how much did you get paid because it doesn't seem getting paid enough cos you need to use a bit of initiative. You guys need to train your staff properly. Read moreI have tried on 4 different occasions to get breakfast here on the days they are open 24 hours and I have gone in at 6am when they open on a week day and theres always an excuse as to why they can't serve food or are open. Today o went later, ordered online. They made me wait 10 minutes at the window and passed me a cold coffee and hashbrown and bacon and egg Turkish. Probably the worst fast food iv had here apart from the maccas across the street, both same cold food. Update I tried once again at 5.15 to.order breakfast. Sat in dribethru for over 5 minutes waiting for someone then I drove to the window and waited another 5 minutes for someone to tell me they were not ready to make breakfast. The menu was up.
