We booked a booth for 530, waited until the first staff member arrived at 540 were we were then promptly seated, we were then asked if we would like a menu By waitress 1 or look it up on or phone, we asked for a menu, after 20min we realized the waitress wasn't coming back, so we got online and decided on our meals, that's when the fun, cough, started. We tried to order off the online menu the waitress ,waitress 2, who was taking the order definitely does not care about her job or has a hospitality background, the online menue was wrong the cook explained it hadn't updated Wich was fine the waitress tired to explain why that was our fault( after us asking for a menu that never arrived). The food was good and waitress 1 was attentive and kind to the kids for the remainder of our visit, very obviously short staffed but they got the kids meals out very fast. Besides waitress 2 the rest of the staff were very professional, don't get the post mix it's watered...
Read moreVERY DISAPPOINTED. Had to wait for Staff too wash/clean glasses at the bar and then beer was served in hot glasses after they wiped them down with a dishcloth (surely a HEALTH issue). 6 of the 8 meals were overcooked/burnt or were not at all tasty with poor servings. Note: Feedback is used by most businesses to ensure a high standard of service & quality for their patrons...and also their business reputation. What started out to be a great night was spoilt by this unfortunate &...

I tasted the dish and was genuinely disappointed, ultimately leaving most of it uneaten. It’s unfortunate, as I had high hopes for this dining experience. Overall, while the atmosphere was pleasant, the meal did not meet my...
