Zambrero Cannon Park — Restaurant in Thuringowa Central

We are new to Townsville and this is by far the best service we have received since being here. Brandon, (I think that was his name from memory) mate your service was exceptional and you went above what you needed to. Your knowledge about your products was excellent and you were polite, happy and professional.

My previous job was a retail store manager and I can tell you that I would hire you any day of the week. Your boss is lucky to have you. Well done.

As for the food, yummy and fresh. I wanted to give 4 stars due to size of serving, but the quality of food and service was to good to give only 4. I'd say Zambrero is good for a light meal maybe not if your starving.

Customer service was disappointing. When we arrived they had everything already washed and put away. We asked if they were closing however they closed at 9pm and we arrived just before 8pm. The person that served us did not really want to be there and she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. We proceeded to sit outside because the floors were being mopped only to be told after 15 minutes and still eating our meals that we all had to move because the young boy had to tie up the chairs. I’ve visited Zambrero at Cannon Park several times, and it’s quickly become a go-to spot for healthy, delicious food. The fresh fillings are consistently delicious, with generous portions every time. The staff are always professional and friendly, adding to the positive dining experience. The place is clean and tidy, with plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. There’s also ample parking available, which is a nice convenience.
