Ordered two coffees for takeaway, it was busy, understaffed and one of the staff members was quite rude. She did not listen to my order and we ended up with two extremely burnt coffees. So hot after another ten minutes we still couldn't drink it. Not to mention we accidentally spilt some on the floor because the coffee cups way too hot to hold and the lid was not secured, so the coffee spilt everywhere, burnt my hand and we were just met with death stares by staff and no help was offered. The only help offered was from a concerned customer who saw the ordeal. We ended up going back and did get refunded but after that experience and the overall attitude from staff we will NEVER be back. Do not recommend... go the donut king they were...

Appalling service, really. Whilst placing my order was quick and efficient, receiving my order of a coffee and a simple meal of a spinach and fetta triangle with salad was a whole other thing. $20 mind you. I became aware that the people next to me were from head office of this business so after 20 minutes of NOT receiving even my coffee I mentioned it to them. One of the women said she'd check for me. The time it took her to come back with my order made it obvious she made it herself. My salad was a bunch of mixed salad leaves nothing else. Disappointing Lunch there today. No prices on food in cabinet, just kilojoule count, we’re not all weight watchers. When I ordered two meals , and a coffee, I was asked would I like salad with that.I replied yes, after reading that salad came with the meal on the menu. The woman serving me was rude and disinterested and actually argued with my husband when she tried to say no salad came with meal and tried to up sell a salad meal ! However the waitress was lovely, Food wasn’t, chips were hard, fish was over microwaved? My coffee was Luke warm. Disappointing because we’ve been there before and enjoyed it….But won’t be returning after...
