KFC Atherton — Restaurant in Queensland

My order, a SMALL plain burger combo with asked for double salt asked AT THE SPEAKER ** AND THE WINDOW..

Chips had no salt on them when checked at speed bump.

Went back around and back through the drive-through to get them sorted.

The manager had a mini flip out because he seemed to think I was asking him to put the packed chips I had back in with the fresh chips to re salt them? Idiot I say.

Clearly, he doesn't know how to double salt chips. That's an easy task.... clearly not for the MANAGER FLYNN.

He likes to play games and doesn't take his position seriously. -ALL SALT and UN EDABLE.

This time, the 3rd time back!

I had walked into the shop and asked for the manager because this was a joke, the poor manager behind the desk said that unfortunately that is his manager and his name is FLYNN and it was poor form of FLYNN and agreed that FLYNN was just taking the piss.

Just a heads up, the shop is run by a child, not an adult.. Finally after our chips were sorted.

I drove past tolga to find my burger was wrong ! Of course.

The number of times we have been let down. Even now to the point you complain and NOTHING HAPPENS! They comment below about "send us more details."

To save face for the company. They are not actually doing A THING.

I worked fast food for years, so I understand that it's a pretty miserable job and so I definitely try to cut my fellow hospo workers some slack but come on guys, you can do better than that.

I wanted a Zinger Box, but the store was out of burger buns and wicked wings. Ah well, it happens, so I ordered a Tenders Box, with the potato and gravy swapped out for extra fries. This was all entered correctly in the register. Obviously, being KFC, it's unreasonable to expect perfection, but I got the potato and gravy instead of the chips I asked for, it was missing the aioli (which everyone knows is the best part of a Zinger Box lol) the extra slider i ordered was haphazardly thrown in the box and honestly, a mess, and the tenders themselves, the star of the show, were just soggy and sad :( Not to mention, the bins were full and the dining room was honestly filthy, even for me.

To the school kids working today, nothing personal, I know you guys are just trying to have a chill shift, but you're there to work and earn money, not throw chips and salt at each other. I blame your managers, who really need to roll their sleeves up and, well, manage!

I think I'll get Macca's...

If you could leave a 0 star review, that wouldn’t be able to make up for what absolute dump this place is. The looks may deceive you into ordering yourself some food poison that they call food. Worst service I have ever come across, the staff at the front took the persons order infront of me and made me wait at the counter for them to finish that order and give the customer their order before serving me, making me just stand there for 10 minutes. On top of that, they can’t even get the drink right, how hard is it to have your listening ears on. The Atherton KFC either needs to shut its doors permanently or fire everyone that works there and revamp the place. They could also start by making sure the staff have a BASIC education. Kind...
