I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mantra. It was exceptional experience from start to finish the steak in particular was absolutely outstanding. I ordered a rib fillet cooked medium rare. It was tender juice and full of rich flavour. The gravy was spot on enhancing the natural flavour each bite melted in my mouth, and I could tell it was high-quality meat. The service was equally impressive. From the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel welcome and insured had everything I needed. The staff were knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations for both wine and sides to complement the steak. We had an amazing dining experience at Latitude 21, and it was all thanks to our incredible waitress, Rhea! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and comfortable with her warm personality and friendly energy. She was attentive to all our needs, ensuring everything was perfect while also bringing a fun and engaging vibe to our night. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a genuine, upbeat attitude, but Rhea nailed it!

So our experience was very disappointing. A few weeks back we were going to have an enjoyable evening farewelling friends. A group booking was made for 12 at 6pm, which was pushed back to 6.30 then 6.45 by staff. When we arrived just after allotted 6.45pm time we were advised splitting the bill would be difficult, but could maybe be managed. We looked at the menu decided on drinks, and food orders at around 7.30pm. As we were ordering we were told we couldn't order food for another 30 mins. This would have meant e wouldn't eat till well after 8.30pm. Needless to say a table of hungry runners could not wait that long. So we took our business elsewhere.
