Quality of food is okey. Fish isn’t the best quality but usually it’s okey. I would probably give them a possible 3 star. Reason for my 2 star is because the supposed head chef/cook made out there was nothing wrong with the fish burgers. His response was that out of good will they were going to make me two new ones lol. So to make sure it wasn’t just me and I didn’t have to complain again just in case i was going crazy I asked for no salad. Burgers come out with a splot of mayo. Finally figured it out. it was the mayo and it tasted of surface cleaner. Got the the supposed head chef/cook back. I said the mayo was off. Without testing it because apparently prior to this he said he had a really good palate he defended saying the mayo was a premium product. He was so rude and didn’t want take any responsibility. If something is bad I always give it another chance but because the chef was rude there is no way I’m going back. The rest of the staff were awesome and they were polite and helpful. They also gave me my refund which is why it’s not...

It is a shame to give such a low score BUT the service here is non existent. I stood there waiting for 20 minutes for my one piece of battered fish only to see other people get their food before me and they came in after me. My ticket read 336 and they had been calling 337 for 15 minutes. I went up to the counter and showed the girl my ticket, she then proceeded to give me tartar sauce????? I said i ordered fish why are you giving me sauce????? She showed me the ticket and the idiot at the counter who had no interest in doing her job had handed me someone else's ticket. I was waiting for 336 to be called and meanwhile 337 was sitting getting cold on the counter. They could have at least offered to cook me a fresh piece of fish BUT no, that would mean actual customer service. It is a shame because i think they actually do cook nice battered fish BUT you can tell the 2 girls at the registers are hating their jobs and...

Last time we went for lunch we all ordered fish and chips and out of all our orders one of them had a piece of fish the size of a potato scallop so I went back in and asked for a piece of fish that was worth what I paid for and I was very polite in asking might I add and to my surprise they looked at me then looked at each other with a grin on there faces and then told me that all there pieces of fish are individually weighed which is obviously not true anyway they did replace my order in the end and told me to keep the original order and surprise surprise the next piece of fish was a normal size anyway we went back out there yesterday and now the batter on the fish has changed to some shiny oily stuff instead of the beautiful crispy golden batter that they used to have so I’m afraid that’s it for us but it is such a shame it such a nice place to take visitors and...
