I am writing to bring to your attention a very unpleasant experience I had at your restaurant on One of your staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional while dealing with customers, including myself.

The staff member not only lacked basic courtesy but also spoke in a disrespectful manner, which made me and others around feel uncomfortable. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role where politeness and good communication are key.

I visit restaurants not only for food but also for a welcoming atmosphere, and unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing. I felt insulted and disrespected, and I believe this should be addressed seriously to ensure better customer service in the future.

I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action. I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge this complaint and let me know what steps are being taken to avoid...

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this restaurant. One of the workers here clearly does not know how to talk to customers. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. It’s shocking how someone with such poor manners is allowed to deal with people.

Instead of answering politely, he talked in a very insulting tone, as if he was doing us a favor by letting us eat there. This is not how paying customers should be treated. He has no basic etiquette or professionalism.

If the management cares about their reputation, they should seriously consider retraining their staff — or replacing those who clearly don’t value customers.

I’ve had Nann bread from them in the past and I loved it, recently I’ve had their curries as I wasn’t aware that they were gluten free, their lamb is so soft it just melts in your mouth, that and a cheese Nann bread is perfect. They are nice and the food is always hot and fast when it’s delivered too through a food service like door dash or Menulog. Can’t praise them enough, the only thing is I wish they were open earlier and closed later as I could eat Miss India every day of the week...
