Haven't been here for quite some time, but pleasantly surprised. Fish and chips was only $9.20 - sure it's not top of the class locally but for that price point great value. Speedy, friendly service. Has a wide range of convenience goods in addition to the hot food.

Delicious Burgers: definitely knows how to cook a mean patty! The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. I appreciated the variety of burger options on the menu, catering to different tastes and preferences

This is like an old school take away we remember from the 80's ok and where else can you get a great home made works burger for 15 bucks. Give them some support so we don't lose these places to the big corporate.

I recently visited Stephen St Store and was blown away by the quality of their chips. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The chips were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning to give them a burst of flavor.

What sets Stephen St Store's chips apart from other places I've tried is the freshness and quality of the ingredients. They're also cooked to perfection, so each chip has the ideal texture and crunch.

Overall, I highly recommend Stephen St Store for anyone who loves a good chip. Whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or a side dish to go with your meal, their chips are sure to satisfy your cravings. I can't wait to go back and try more of...

Food was ok. Way overpriced compared to other better establishments. Ultimate burger had steak on it thinner than the piece of bacon and $21.50 was a bit steep. Disappointing thing was we spent $50 on two burgers and chips and a 1.25l drink and when I asked the awkward attendant if there was any chance we could have two paper cups so our kids didn't have to drink from a 1.25l bottle. He stared at the huge stack of coffee cups and awkwardly asked the other attendant and said no and that there is a pack on the shelf. The pack had 20 cups in it and was way overpriced. But they couldn't spare two of the other cups to help someone out. What happened to those good old corner stores. Would of happily given them the 20c...

Give this place a miss. The crumbed fish was gluggy on the inside, the fish tasted like cat food and I wouldn't be surprised if it was! They advertised "seasoned wedges" which turned out to be wedges with salt. I asked if they had sour cream to go with it, ....no. Friends had a similar experience with their food. I certainly wouldn't be recommending...
