Subway Sunland Plaza Thuringowa — Restaurant in Queensland

I recently attended subway at Willow's with my daughter to get something for lunch. We walked into the store with no greeting and then I encountered the rudest individual I have met in a long time. A young man served me with no enthusiasm and no interest in serving customers. I had to repeat my order, which was a footlong seafood with double cheese and an extra 6 inch seafood meat with it and toasted, 3 times and received a dumbfounded look every time. He then muttered and sighed through the order and when I went to pay I told the young lady who was trying to be helpful to charge me for the double cheese and extra 6 inch meat. He pretty much pushed her aside and started ringing up my order and then proceeded to tell me there was no button for extra 6 inch and that I would be charged for a footlong double meat. I asked when did that change and he said I don't know that's the way it is. The young lady took over and found the correct button and charged me correctly. I have managed 2 Subway's in my life and this fella wouldn't have even made it through the interview process. You have lost my business and I will be recommending to others to steer clear. Absolutely horrendous...

This is my local subway and I will not go back. On a schnitzel foot long I asked for mozzerlla cheese. And the staff member put about 20 shreds of cheese it didnt cover the schnizel at all. I said could i have a lot more cheese then that please. She then proceeded to put about another 10 bits. I said more please and she tells me that will cost more is that ok. I said no its not, no. So as it comes out of the oven one of the schnitzel piecies had no cheese on it. Apparently this subway is hurting so much that it cant afford to put enough mozzerlla to simply cover the area of the meat that is on the sub. Not even piled on just enough...

I really use to like this subway but I just can’t justify the price differences on the exact same sub I get everytime. Most the time it’s $9.95 for a foot long with avocado and a small coke but today it’s $19.85 for the exact same one. And they had the nerve to say it’s probably the six inch that you get. Also, please change both gloves not just one after handling cash and then making an order....
