Guzman y Gomez - Willows — Restaurant in Thuringowa Central

Getting worse and worse and worse. What started out well has now slipped into at best mediocracy. It feels at times the drive through is operated by smarties who enjoy making you repeat the order 3 times and still get it wrong every time.

There is a female in the drive through who wears an assistant manager shirt who is just plain rude, dismissive and should not be a manager. It never feels like a good experience even with the scripted Hola.

I love GYG but am starting to really despise this store. It's not going to get any better until it's staffed well and the drive through approach is improved.

Look at today as an example. I was able to write this review in the drive theough after already being in the line with 2 vehicles for 13 minutes. The guy at the window was apologetic and seems to be chronically under staffed. Then to finally get the order and drive around the corner to see 3 GYG staff and what looked like managers having a meeting probably about store performance is just the epitome of irony and...

Went to this store today, for the second time since they opened. We ordered (we were the only ones inside the restaurant). We sat at our table for around 20 minutes. I ended up going up to the counter to ask where our food was. The guy who I asked, enquired with another worker who pointed to our 3 meals sitting on the counter. Who knows how long our food sat there, because it was cold and the portion sizes were EXTREMELY small. Considering we order from your domain store regularly, this store and its service is a huge detriment to your amazing domain store. It is a massive difference. The people at your Willows store are slow and the wait for food is too long. The portion sizes are underwhelming to say the least. I hope you can improve this, the Willows store is a great concept, although the service and quality is letting you down. I had dinner in the Willows restaurant last night. There was the smallest amount of meat on my three Tacos. It was freezing cold inside, as a customer it is the most uncomfortable I have ever felt. I had to use a blanket for my wife and small child. There was no forks to eat my food with, when I requested a fork I was directed to the empty container where the forks were not. There was food all over the floor and tables. A snotty little male staff came over to my table and said "I'll take your tray" I told him that I still using it. He said again "I'll take your tray" again I replied a little louder that I was still using it. He again replied "I'll take your tray" to which I replied in a loud voice that I was still using it because it was cleaner than the table.
