If I could leave a zero star I would. Worse experience ever and the owner is a liar.
We ordered platters that we never received for my daughters birthday. There was an administration error where I ordered platters for 9:15 and had proof of this and their syster it come up as 10:30, the party was at 9:30. My partner went to two different stores to be told our order did not exist and after the party I tired calling the store as well.
When I asked for the money back, the store owner offered coupons to his store and only 50% of what I spent.
Then, when I took this further, he lied about my partner coming in the day before to pick up the order. The owner went as far as saying he sighted my partner on the Friday before the intended pick up, my partner did not attend either store for an early Friday pick up.
All I wanted back was the $142 I had spent. Instead, ended up with no refund and having to pay more as I still had people to feed at our daughter's party.
Do yourself a favour and either make your own platters or buy elsewhere, because if there is a fault in the system you won't get your money back, even through its at no...
