THE single most disappointing Subway for us in 25 years of regular visits. Such a shame too as Kerrie & "Happy" are wonderful, naturally gregarious & welcoming staff. Gabby on the other hand - rude, abrupt, without any manners whatsoever yet the worst aspect of all was the constant sniffing - bringing up what sounded like copius amounts of pleghm! Are you serious??!! The Nasal tone to her already disgraceful way of addressing customers was enough to prompt me to ask is she sick? "Just starting to get over it" was the reply in a rude manner. 5 customers, all different orders - and not once did Gabby change gloves. Meat, vegie orders, everything and not once changing gloves. The Flu, & covid-19 is running rampant in Nth Qld, & somehow this child believes its ok to handle food, with poor preparational skills to begin with? Subway, pick up your Game! Ppl like Gabby ensure customers will not return, ever. Literally hundreds of visits to this Subway, all reasonable but .... this has made us so angry & dissatisfied that this review is a review we felt compelled to publish. Read moreI eat subway all the time around Australia. Never have had a complaint until today. No cheese on my sub, asked, the Indian fellow opened my sub and then proceeded to tell me it disappears because of the toasting. If there was cheese, it wasn't even enough for a 6" let alone a footlong like I ordered. The salad was almost nonexistent and the bread was stale. When I picked my sub up, it felt very skinny compared to any other one I have had.
They are ripping off the customers by skimping on the portions and using old bread.
