Thai Basement — Restaurant in Queensland

Getting a drink was a mission let alone ordering food. I ordered vegan fried rice and it had that much soy sauce in it, that it was black. It was that salty we couldn't eat it. I ordered the samosas stressing no spice whatsoever please, they were that hot no one on the table ate them. When we complained about the food we were told that they would try better next time. No offer of discount or refund. There will be no next time. The table clothes were feral to say the least, they had stains on them and just looked dirty. Save your money and go to a Thai restaurant run by Thai people. We spoke to the manager when ordering and they still didn't...

I have been a big fan of this restaurant for the last 2 years but no more from now.

Ordered 2 boxes of Thai Fried rice for taking away today (12:20pm) 26/11/17.

When I paid for the food, guess what I saw. One of staff picked up my food with his fingers and put into his mouth before he covered the lid. More annoying thing is that a staff who served me excused that the guy who touched the food with fingers checked the taste before the food was sent out. (He was not wearing white uniform). I only picked up one box as I didn't want to try the taste of his fingers from the food.

I strongly recommend this place if you want to taste...

Diners Beware!!! Very Disappointing in the food and service.. The table was rocking and the meals were a very low Standard of Thai food. The meals were very sweet and sickly. Felt nauseous and I felt like I was on sweetener high!!! We complained before paying .. Showing we had left most of our food on plates. The Tamarind prawns were just over battered was not cooked properly. The fried rice was very sickly and the chef used frozen vegetables and very minimal shrimps The Pad Thai was under cooked and a sickly sauce used...

We have voted with our wallet !!!!...
