Sadly unreliability in online orders means I won't be getting delivery from here anymore. Food is good when it comes. But no food is 0 stars. Won't use Menulog again. Their management making me wait 15 min or more after already being an hour late to talk to a manager to try and figure something out is a silly thing. Front Line staff should have been able to offer to prioritise the contents of the order and figure out the rest when the boss gets back . Instead I just get hungry and want to avoid them in future. EDIT: your response shows that management needs to take a closer look at things. In my review I state I won't use menulog... natural conclusion would be I didn't use uber or your app. The added disappointment here is the silly policy that had your phone staff take a long time just to confirm they couldn't find my order, and then further that they were not able to just fire up the order until management returned from an extended break during peak...

We ordered a half & half pizza & garlic bread tonight & we quickly realised on payment online that we had selected pickup instead of delivery. We rang the store straight away & they explained that their normal delivery driver was off sick and they can’t offer delivery at the moment.
