My husband ordered a big breakfast and asked 3 times for his eggs to made extra soft, when our meals came out mine looked nice as ordered, but husbands eggs were hard, so asked if we could have his eggs remade to the way he asked them to be cooked, the lady wasn't to bad about it,however food got taken back myself and family had finished eating our breakfast and husband plate didn't come back for about 20mins, when the plate came back the eggs looked like they had been dropped on floor and very well cooked along with a from the bloke who then said were under the pump and don't have time to stuff around fpr fussy customers smacked the $20 for hubbys meal on the table with the plate of I dont know what to call on the plate and went to walk away, and when piked up and said this meal is worse than when you 1st brought it out,he started mouthing of with were so busy and under pump we don't have time for you fussy customers! 😲 with this i replied EXCUSE me fussy customers??? And he just kept mouthing off at us.. This was very poor customer service and the bloke who works there, thinks he can talk to customers like that, shouldn't be in this kind of working environment because that was totally disgusting behaviour and very poor customer service r!! Save ya money dont give it to this business if they think its ok to have someone who attacks customers for wanting their food cooked a certain way! Rude VERY Rude!!! Worst experience we've ever had in Mareeba... Avoid this place the staff need...
