Always good coffee BUT why did I have to pay extra for coffee in my biscoff latte when on the Instagram page it shows it being made with coffee?

Very dissaponting service, waitress very rude and abnoxious! Removed " order number" off table by yanking it away as though she was very angry with our presence, then, appeared a few minutes later, no smile and yanked the tray and side plate whilst i was still eating my meal, this person did not even bother to ask me if she may take the items away, she just did her thing her way and could not be bothered any less and it left my husband and i wondering, was it us or was it her?. This to us was really sad as we just relocated from Melbourne to Perth and all i wanted was just to have a small meal and a coffee but we ended up getting a whole lot of bad attitude from a person much younger in age than we are, how sad😪😪😪Gloria Jean's Rockinham Shopping...

My Nan is hard of hearing, they told us they were going to bring our drinks down and handed us a table number. 30 minutes went by I decided to ask what was going on and if our drinks were ready they looked at me and said "they have been waiting on the counter you didnt pick them up" i explained that the lady that served us gave us a table number and told us they would be brought to us.
