Sanctuary Point Bakery — Restaurant in Sanctuary Point

I went in there today to order a chicken roll. The lady making the chicken roll was quite rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. After I had ordered, I went up to where they make the chicken rolls and I said to the lady what I didn’t want on my roll and she didn’t respond back and ignored me. I waited a min and when she was making mine I said “I’m not sure if you heard me but” and then she cut me and said “no tomato and onion, I heard you.” I said okay. Definitely not happy with the experience I’ve had, that lady there was quite rude. The owner however seemed very lovely. It’s a shame because I have been there before and have had great services from the others. The orders for chicken salad rolls, pork rolls, no coriander. 3 caps with two skim, one full cream. sweeteners 3, no sugar in one skim etc.... well let me say im very impressed by the memories of staff to not screw up orders. They are amazing at it. Especially the asian lady whom i think may be an owner. She is always on the ball as is her husband maybe?? but all that team are a good crew. i ordered a smoothie and a roll that both said $6.50 each on the board so why was i charged $16? instead of asking what salads customers want at the counter, you should ask them at the salad bar because I’d never been there before and had no clue. and there’s a massive plant blocking the right board on the right hand side of the buildingthat should be moved. overall, pretty good food. i just don’t understand how a smoothie that only has banana and milk in it went from...
